The Beach Villas is on the Beach between Ocean in the front and LPGA Championship Ko Olina Golf Course in the Back.

Chef Roy Yamaguchi-designed kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, baking items, cooking/grilling/eating utensils, small appliances, dishes, cups/glasses, plastic ware; 8 sets of bath/hand/wash towels, hairdryer in each bathroom, washer & dryer in the unit; beach chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels; and a "starter kit" of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Two grab bars by the toilet in the 3rd bathroom and new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors have been installed June 2020.
